Promise, we are busy brewing goodies as we speak. At times, orders received after 12 noon ship within 6-8 business days; other times, we need 10–14 working days to gather materials and brew your goodies.

SHIPPING UPDATE
To maintain the integrity of our handcrafted model, new customer orders may be reviewed before processing.

RESPECTFUL ENGAGEMENT POLICY
We love what we do and the people we serve. SEVI reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or issue refunds at our discretion, particularly when a customer's communication, tone, or behavior conflicts with our values, terms, or our right to a respectful and safe working environment.

PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME
Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare and package your order before shipping. Shipping time is the time it takes the carrier (USPS or UPS) to deliver the package once it leaves us. Please allow 7–10 business days for order preparation.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ApplePay and Venmo.

DELIVERY OPTIONS & CHARGES
Shipping fees are visible at checkout. The shipping fees vary based on weight, dimensions, destination, and delivery area.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we ship within the U.S. and to Canada and Germany.

PACKAGE TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please log into your customer account to check order status.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
If your address is incorrect, UPS charges a $15 fee. Please double-check before submitting your order.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES
If there’s a problem with your order, let us know within 3 days. We’ll make it right. Please save all packing materials for any damage claims.

RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns. We suggest trying our travel sizes first. If you’re unsatisfied, call or text us at 410.444.4461 to discuss possible alternatives. Custom orders cannot be returned or credited.

CANCELLATION / ADD-ON
Orders can be modified or canceled before shipping. Shipped cancellations incur a 15% admin fee.

MISSING ORDERS
Log in to track your package. If still missing, contact us and we’ll investigate.
