SHIPPING SCHEDULE:currently all orders will be formulated and shipped out within
2 weeks - unless noted otherwise. |

METHODS: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express
at 4Mundo, L.L.C. We no longer accept personal checks,
Money Orders or Certified Checks. |

DELIVERY
OPTIONS & CHARGES: We
ship via UPS Please
not that currently all orders will be formulated and shipped out within
10 working days (weekends are not included)
- unless noted otherwise.
The
shipping fee will be visible on your shopping cart at
the time of check out. UPS shipping rates vary based
on the weight and dimensions of package, shipping destination,
choice of service level and rural or non-rural delivery
area. Due to these facts, the shipping rates may be
different from one order to another.
For
Canada, Hawaii and Alaska, please order as usual and
we will adjust the shipping fee and e-mail you the total
before processing your order. For international shipping, please contact us.
Hawaii,
Alaska Orders: Due to no ground service through
UPS (UPS offers 2nd Day Air to these areas) and the
high cost of shipping, we have decided to offer our
customers in Hawaii and Alaska a different shipping
option -- their orders will be insured and shipped via
USPS. This may cause a 1-3 day additional delay in shipments
to those destinations. |
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We currently ship within USA and to Canada only. |

| PACKAGE TRACKING: Each order with a valid e-mail will
receive a UPS tracking number and information about the
package when the order ships out. You can also log
in to your customer account and check the
status of your order. |
HELP US FILL YOUR ORDER QUICKLY: Below are a few
things we need in order to efficiently process and fill
your order.
- Valid
street addresses -- Since we ship via UPS, we
are unable to ship to PO Box addresses (with the
exception of Hawaii and Alaska).
- Full
names -- Please enter your full name, using
initials will delay your order.
- A
working valid e-mail address -- rest assure
that your e-mail is safe
with us.
- A
correct phone number -- where we can reach you
in case we need to reach you regards to your order.

| ACCURACY
OF ADDRESS INFORMATION: Please review your order carefully
before submitting. If you notice any errors after you
submit your order, please contact
us right away and we will correct it for you.
If your address is incorrect, UPS penalizes us by charging
us a $15.00 fee. Please help us by double checking your
orders -- we do not enjoy charging our customers this
penalty. |
| SALES
TAX: We collect a 6%
sales tax for orders shipped to Maryland addresses. |
TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: We reserve the right at
any time to request confirmation from the customer,
delay the order pending verification, or refuse any
order based on inability to verify legitimacy of the
order. Our order confirmation and validation process
may include the verification of credit card information,
age of the customer, physical address, shipping information,
or billing information. |
