Order Formulation + Shipping Turn Arounds

Just a little note on our current formulation and shipping turn around times (not including transit time) -- we are running on a 2-3 week turn around time on most products as of February.
What can we say besides, hand made is good and it takes longer. Hang in there with us, we will get your products out to you as soon as we can make them, cool them, bottle them, label them...you get the idea 
Also....if you need to track your order, keep in mind that you can do so by visiting your account at ecosevi.com -- if you do not see any changes to your order, it simply means it is waiting in cue to be made....freshly just for you. See how much we love you!

Finding our groove…
Hi All,
After going through a few website urls over the years, we have finally found our groove. Our new website is called www.ecosevi.com and we are loving the name.
Now we are working on streamlining our production, the way we do things. Finding and training earth loving gentle people.
So, this means that once we really find our groove at our shop, we should ship faster, respond to your needs faster and most of all, I will actually have more time to formulate and create new brews without delays rather than also invoicing, bottling, labeling, packing and so on. Now we can share the hat wearing and in addition, drop less hats while switching them.
Thank you for believing in us and for the patience....we are here because of you. We will go on because of you.

P.S: The new products are slightly delayed. We are hoping that our yummy Essential Oils that are needed in our formulas will arrive from Europe shortly. Hang in there...I promise, they will be worth the wait! 
Good News: New Products, Reformulation Update

I have been busy....very busy indeed!
Let me go over the reformulation news first.
I am regrouping the face, skin and body products in order to create supporting lines. So, some name changes are coming your way. Nothing drastic, just that you will find your loved Orange Blossom Elixir under Pomegranate Blossom from now on. Pumpkin Seed, Sea Buckthorn Berry, Hibiscus are here to stay but will end up adopting some free running products - meaning Grandiflorum may end up moving in with the Pomegranate Family. Still working out the kinks here though...
I am also adding new formulations that I have finished and tested (on peeps of course).
Coming up:
Hibiscus line will have a shampoo and condish as well as a Dead Sea Bath Salt.
Pomegranate will have some hair styling products - no you are not dreaming, it is really going to happen. I would love to say more, but you have to hang in there until November 15th
I got a new condish with eco cert ingredients - this will be perfect for your everyday use. You can use it in place of shampoo, for those no poo or little poo peeps of ours (i am one of those by the way). It will have my new organic flax seed infusion and a fab blend of organic walnut hulls, burdock, comfrey and red algae. It is great as it will not create excess residue which can inhibit shiny hair in the long run due to all the build up. It has just the right kind of touch to soften the cuticle and seal it that can help frizzy hair.
I am going to replace the Sea Buckthorn Condish with this new formulation and keep the Pumpkin as it is.
Sea Buckthorn hair and body care line will have a new signature aroma - Ylang Ylang stays, but say good bye to Tyhme. I got chamomile, grapefruit, clary sage to join Ylang Ylang and together they are a jolly bunch. Good for balancing and clarifying, can be used by all hair types with ease and if you have combo scalp, you will love this one.
What else do I have....oh, mens line. Silly me, I almost skipped it. Here is what we got in store.
Face Wash, After Shave, Face Balm, Shampoo and a Condish for our vegan or non-vegan male customers. More to follow, but let me tell you about the first line - it is woodsy, earthy with a dab of Italian Bergamot and Green Mandarin followed with a slight (peppery) bite, yeah. It will knock your socks off. As a matter of fact, after working on this signature scent for the last 3 days, I am typing all this without socks. (Sorry, could not resist
The above will lean towards good for all skin types, more will follow...
I have formulated 4 powder concealers, but I hear that cream concealer is more popular. Here is your chance to let me know what you prefer. In any case, I am going to wait until I perfect my cream concealer formula and mix these lovely powders in there and see what we get.
I got 2 bronzers all ready to go - yeah finally! Will add 2 more by next year.
Bath line is growing - Rice Bath Soak, Fizzy Bath Powder and Dead Sea Salts are ready as well. I adore the new Hibiscus Dead Sea Salt. Will write a little bit about Dead Sea Salts and their benefits some day, promise.
New labels, new site all on the way as well.

Exciting News and Order Shipping Status Update

Happy Mother's Day - hope you all had a lovely day today!
It has been a long while since I have been able to sit down. I am not sure who turned the speed up, but life has been going by 200 mph lately. I can hear you all say "Hey Sevi, that is life, get use to it!". I hear you all, but I am still going to hold onto my "someone turned up the speed knob" thought bubble.
It is not because I am being stubborn (though I actually can be) but it is because I have a walking + talking 33 inch tall reason. My girl is 14 months and she is fully capable of dialing Dad's cell phone, erasing digits out of my cell phone, redialing customers, opening up caps to all the pens and turning any and all knobs she can get her cute hands on. I think she found the "life speed knob" too finally....
Now onto some fabulous news.
We are opening up a Sevi store, in Hampden Baltimore and have been remodeling and moving our warehouse and lab to our new store front. Since we are DIYers here, we have done all of the brick exposing, floor laying, etc. etc. ourselves. Add the actual moving part to this remodeling extravaganza and we are running a little low on fuel and short on time, but I must say that the store is looking very sharp!
The lab is coming together and we will be up and running this week. We hit a few snags, the biggest one involves water. We have been out of water since last Tuesday. No water means that we cannot hook our sink in the lab. This is delaying all production unfortunately, but we hope that Baltimore City comes through for us this week.
As for order....all orders waiting in cue will be shipping this Friday. Things should be running much smoother come June, promise!
We will announce the Grand Opening here and via invitations and post some pictures of our new store soon.
